◾Usage Instructions
1. Sit upright with your back firmly against the seat and keep your eyes looking straight ahead.
2. Let your hands naturally rest by your sides, relax your neck, and avoid tilting your head forward.
3. Place your legs on the training board with the angle as wide as possible.
4. Inhale to prepare, and then exhale while applying force to bring your legs inward, keeping your body upright.
5. Focus on using your inner thighs for the force, and squeeze your glutes.
6. Place your legs on the training board, bringing your legs together.
7. Inhale to prepare, and then exhale while applying force to push your legs outward, keeping your body upright.
8. Focus on using your outer thighs for the force, with your glutes engaged.
