◾Usage Instructions
1. Sit up straight with your back against the seat, eyes facing forward.
2. Thighs and knees should be at a 90-degree angle, feet flat on the ground.
3. Hold the side handles lightly, elbows pointing forward, arms not extending outward.
4. Inhale, then contract the abdomen to curl downward, exhaling in coordination.
5. Keep the neck relaxed during the process to avoid unnecessary pressure on the cervical spine.
6. Lean forward, keeping your back against the seat, eyes facing forward.
7. Thighs and knees at 90 degrees, feet flat on the ground.
8 .Inhale, then use the back muscles to push backward, exhaling in coordination.
9 .Keep your body pressed against the seat during the process, maintaining neck alignment and not tilting backward.
