◾Usage Instructions
1. Sit upright with your back firmly against the chair, ensuring you're stable. Place your feet on the pedals.
2. Position your feet so they are hip-width apart with toes, knees, and hips aligned.
3. Keep your eyes looking straight ahead and let your arms rest naturally, lightly gripping the handles. Relax your neck.
4. Breathe in rhythm with your pedaling, keeping your core engaged and shoulders relaxed.
5. When pedaling forward, keep your knees slightly bent and avoid fully extending or locking your knees.
6. Focus the force on your ankles. If you have an ankle fracture or ligament tear, wait for rehabilitation before using.
