◾Usage Instructions
1. Sit upright with your back firmly against the seat, and keep your eyes looking straight ahead.
2. Choose the inner or outer handles based on your body size, and hold them lightly with both hands.
3. Start by pushing the handles forward to a position level with your chest.
4. Inhale, then exhale as you apply force to push forward while keeping your shoulders relaxed.
5. Push until your arms are almost fully extended, but avoid locking your elbows.
6. Inhale, then engage your back muscles by squeezing them together as you exhale and pull backward.
7. Pull the handles back to a position level with your chest.
