◾Usage Instructions
1. Sit upright with your back firmly against the seat, and keep your eyes looking straight ahead.
2. Let your arms hang naturally, lightly gripping the handles. Relax your neck and avoid leaning it forward.
3. Inhale, then apply force with your upper arms to pull upward, keeping your elbows fixed.
4. Keep your core engaged, avoid shrugging your shoulders, and keep your wrists relaxed.
5. This is a bicep curl motion, aim to bend your arms fully.
6. Inhale, then apply force with your upper arms to push downward, keeping your elbows fixed.
7. This is a tricep push-down motion, aim to fully extend your arms.
